Crack time

This is a count-down timer which controls the knuckle cracking and Duke talk comment which occur after after approximately 30 seconds of no movement. Moving or firing your weapon resets this counter to 777. If the counter reaches 0, knuckle_incs is set to 1 and crack_time is reset to 777.
