Interface toggle flag

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.

This is used to dis-allow commands from being processed when the menus are up. (or something).
Set to zero it allows normal processing.
Set to 1, it disables processing.
It seems to be set when a multiplayer game is starting.
