When pressing the buttons assigned to LOOK UP and LOOK DOWN, the return_to_center counter will go to 9, then it will count down to zero at a rate of 30 tics per second. When pressing the button assigned to CENTER VIEW it will do the same, but the counter starts at 8 instead of 9. For some reason this counter works with the button assigned to PAUSE too, with a countdown starting at 8.
