lockplayer <gamevar>

Stops player movement (except the ability to look up/down with the mouse) for the amount of time denoted by the gamevar <gamevar>. Each unit is 1/30 of a second (see Tic).

Caution: If this command is used while the player is under water (in a lotag 2 sector), the player will not be able to surface.
