Scrollmode

0 if map follow mode is OFF, duke will follow your movement keystrokes in the map

1 if map follow mode is ON, duke will NOT follow your movement keystrokes in the map and you can move throughout the map freely

Note that the "map" cannot "strafe" in this mode, it can only move forward or backward in the direction it is currently facing.

The only acceptable movements are forward, backward, and turning.
