View source for Palette

Since r2226, this is the index of the current screen palette in use.  The screen palette determines the overall look of the scene, like underwater, with enabled night vision, et cetera.  One use of this member is as a check before a [[setgamepalette]], since changing the palette too often (e.g. every tic) is undesirable for various reasons.
