Download the latest version of EDuke32 (currently a development snapshot; try a nightly build for the latest improvements).
Debian/Ubuntu
Debian and Ubuntu users have the option of using APT repositories.
Mac OS X
Try looking here for universal bundles.
Other systems
You can build from source for the latest updates, or look through the Packages but beware that they may be outdated.
