2dcolidxrange <col> <idx> <idxend>

Editor colors from <col> onward will be mapped to [<idx> ... min(<idxend>, 255)].

Takes precedence over '2dcol'.

Parameters

<col> the editorcolor[] starting index
<idx> the actual color index start
<idxend> the actual color index end
