New wiki skin

So, I just got the first version of the EDukeWiki skin up tonight, after about a night's work. I think it looks pretty good, but there are still a few niggling errors in IE that I need to sort out before I'm really happy with it. Since MediaWiki:Monobook.css isn't able to be edited by anyone who isn't a sysop, questions, comments and CSS fixes can all be posted to this talk page.
