htactorstayput is the sector number that a stayput monster is assigned to, or -1 if no sector is assigned. When a sector is assigned, the monster cannot leave that sector. By manipulating this value, monsters can be changed from stayput to notstayput, or vice versa. This works even on actors that do not have stayput tiles, such as TANK.
