EVENT_DISPLAYKNUCKLES is a Game Event.
This event is run whenever the knuckle crack animation is displayed, i.e. when knuckle_incs is greater than 0. Triggered in-game by idling for a set amount of time.
If RETURN is set to -1, the animation is disabled, and the currently active weapon will still be displayed.
If RETURN is set to 1, the animation is disabled, but the weapon will remain hidden until knuckle_incs is 0.
