The avel/q16avel member can be modified to slow down the player's turn rate, but for such a scenario this must be done using the event EVENT_PREUPDATEANGLES.

The avel/q16avel member can be modified to slow down the player's turn rate, but for such a scenario this must be done using the event EVENT_PREUPDATEANGLES.
