EVENT_SKIPCUTSCENE is a Misc Event.
The event is fired on each frame of a cutscene. Used with startcutscene and ifcutscene.
The RETURN variable contains the skip status of the cutscene. If it is set to 0, the cutscene will continue playing on the next frame, otherwise it will be skipped.
The player can normally skip a cutscene by pressing any key on the keyboard. Set RETURN to 0 in order to disable cutscene skipping.
Use in conjunction with ifcutscene to conditionally skip certain cutscenes, or to make them unskippable.
