EVENT SKIPCUTSCENE

EVENT_SKIPCUTSCENE is a Misc Event.

Used with startcutscene. RETURN is set to 1 when any key is pressed, and is used to control when a cutscene ends.

Set RETURN to 0 in order to disable cutscene skipping.
