EVENT_PREWORLD is a Game Event. This event is triggered once per tic, even if there is nothing in the map.
The code is executed before the actors code.
It is identical to EVENT_PREGAME, with the only difference being that it only runs once per tic with no current player or current actor set. EVENT_PREGAME on the other hand runs once per tic for each sprite in the map.
