EVENT_GETSHOTRANGE is a Game Event.
This event is triggered at the moment that a hitscan projectile is fired from a player, including the pistol, shotgun and chaingun, as well as all custom hitscan projectiles.
ANGRANGE determines the horizontal spread, and ZRANGE determines the vertical spread of the hitscan projectiles.
