EVENT_JUMP is a Game Event.
This event is called when the player presses the key assigned to jump (A by default).
However, the event is not triggered unless the members of the player structure jumping_toggle and jumping_counter both equal zero. It is also not triggered if there isn't enough room for the player to jump.
Set gamevar RETURN to any non-zero value to prevent jumping.
