EVENT_DISPLAYACCESS is a Game Event.
This event is run whenever the keycard animation is played onscreen (by default triggered when using an access card on a keycard slot).
If RETURN is set to -1, the animation is disabled, and the currently active weapon will still be displayed.
If RETURN is set to 1, the animation is disabled, but the weapon will remain hidden until access_incs is 0.
